Location
The UKDC will take place at Tara Kadampa Meditation Centre (KMC), an internationally renowned Kadampa Buddhist college for study, meditation and retreat, established by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso in 1983. Located at Ashe Hall in the Derbyshire countryside close to the village of Etwall, and set within 38 acres of beautiful parkland, Tara KMC's peaceful and blessed environment provides an ideal location for this annual nationwide celebration.

By car - from the A50 Junction 5 Nottingham to Stoke, take the A516 to Derby. After ½ mile take the left turn signposted Sutton-on-the-Hill, and we are 500yds on the right.
By train - Derby 8 miles. Tutbury & Hatton 4 miles.
By taxi - approx. £15 from Derby train station.
By bus - take the V1 or V2 to Etwall from Derby bus station, then a 15 minute walk (see map in village).
